Greg Russell serves as the Managing Partner of BRG Growth Partners, a private credit and hybrid manager that provides growth and acquisition capital to emerging consumer brands. He brings 30 years of experience in executive leadership, corporate board service, private equity management, investment banking, and structured products. Greg specializes in M&A, principal investing, capital markets, and turnaround management. His sector experience is in financial services, consumer products, retail, real estate, professional services, and trading-related businesses. Greg has completed over $24 billion in full-cycle M&A across a variety of asset types, with both public and private companies, and in various financial, operating, and market conditions.

Greg received a BS in Business Administration (Finance) from Baylor University and a MS in Finance from LSU. He played varsity tennis at Baylor. Greg resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Kellye. Together they serve as onsite coordinators for Apartment Life, a national faith-based organization, that is committed to serving your neighbors in apartment communities.
