BRG will consider control equity investments with like-minded operators to scale their consumer products business. We typically look for “non-core” assets that are no longer a focus or where an owner/operator does not have the continued resources or energy required to support future growth.

We will also consider the recapitalization or outright acquisition of underperforming consumer product investments and portfolios held by growth PE, VC, brand aggregators, or family offices.

BRG can leverage various operating platforms, retail distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, and its operating experience to play an active role in revitalizing these types of investments. We will work quickly to re-establish revenue growth, eliminate unnecessary expenses, and focus on profitability.
